HRnetGroup is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor or Assembly Lead to join our team in Bali. This is a part-time position with 4 days of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics assembly and a proven track record of supervising production teams. The role involves overseeing the assembly process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a productive and safe work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the assembly process of electronic components to ensure quality and efficiency.,Supervise and mentor assembly team members to maintain high productivity and quality standards.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.,Monitor and control production schedules and inventory levels.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
