In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored cloud solutions. You will leverage your expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to architect robust and efficient infrastructure. Your daily tasks will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance reliability and availability. With your leadership, we will drive our cloud initiatives forward, ensuring we stay ahead in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored cloud solutions.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and availability.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.
Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.
Work closely with the CTO and other senior leaders to align cloud initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage and rapid response to critical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a strong background in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior engineers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
