HR Recruitment Intern - End-to-End Talent Acquisition

As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires. Based in Jakarta Pusat, you'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Oracle Fusion HCM.

In this role, you'll assist in creating job descriptions, conducting job analysis, and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. You'll also participate in interview scheduling, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations. By the end of your internship, you'll have a solid understanding of recruitment metrics and best practices in the financial services industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in creating job descriptions and conducting job analysis.
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other recruitment tools.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback.
• Assist in offer negotiations and onboarding new hires.
• Participate in recruitment team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Support the HR team in any additional projects or tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Basic understanding of job analysis and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
