📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct research and development in aquaculture techniques to enhance productivity and sustainability.
• Develop and implement conservation strategies to protect marine ecosystems.
• Monitor and report on the environmental impact of aquaculture operations.
• Train and mentor local communities in sustainable fishing and aquaculture practices.
• Collaborate with government agencies and non-profit organizations to promote sustainable fisheries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders to ensure the success of our projects.
• Participate in workshops, conferences, and other professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing fisheries and aquaculture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Science, Marine Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aquaculture and marine conservation.
• Proven track record of successful research and development projects in aquaculture.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable aquaculture practices and conservation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid certification in sustainable aquaculture practices (e.g., Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) certification).
