📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service, guiding shoppers to find the perfect apparel pieces that match their style and budget.
• Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented, appealing store environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our retail management system.
• Assist in visual merchandising to highlight new arrivals and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with retail management systems such as POS (Point of Sale) software.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for fashion.
• Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory as we have Indonesian staff to assist.
