• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Willingness to relocate to Medan or Tebing Tinggi.
