You'll assist in brewing high-quality coffee, manage customer interactions, maintain the cleanliness and organization of our workspace, and support our team in achieving daily targets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is adaptable, and is eager to contribute to a vibrant coffee shop environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and brewing of coffee using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and other brewing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and ensuring the shop is presentable at all times.
• Support the barista team by assisting with orders, taking payments, and handling cash transactions.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to improve shop performance.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of coffee equipment and maintaining a clean work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment, preferably in a coffee shop setting.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Indonesian.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for the coffee industry.
• Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
