📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Real Estate Development Group.
• Support the finance team in managing the cash flow and liquidity of the group.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
