📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with retail store operations to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with store managers and team leaders to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for retail store staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and retail operations to continuously improve HR initiatives.
• Support the development of training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of retail store employees.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on retail or operations.
• Proficient in HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
