📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and staff supervision.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.,Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize operations and ensure compliance with company standards.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure that warehouse operations support overall business goals.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with inventory control and stock management principles.,Experience with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
