This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse & Inventory Staff, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, organizing warehouse space, and ensuring that all products are stored and handled according to company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure that our inventory is always up-to-date and that our warehouse operations run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records.
  • Organizing and maintaining warehouse space to optimize storage and retrieval.
  • Assisting in the receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
  • Conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborating with the procurement team to manage stock replenishment.
  • Ensuring compliance with all warehouse safety and security protocols.
  • Assisting in the preparation of inventory reports and data analysis.
  • Supporting the logistics team in the planning and execution of warehouse activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
  • Good understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety and security procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
