📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and propose IT solutions that meet client requirements and company standards
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and effectiveness
  • Present solutions to clients, explaining technical details in a clear and concise manner
  • Monitor and manage the implementation of proposed solutions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients post-implementation
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for IT solutions
  • Participate in sales meetings and events to promote our solutions

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT solutions architecture
  • Strong understanding of various IT technologies and platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Certifications in relevant IT technologies are a plus
  • Experience in the telecommunications or internet service provider industry is a plus
