📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost control and financial planning.,Conduct cost analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.,Monitor project progress and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.,Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and cost plans.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.,Provide technical advice and support to project teams on cost-related matters.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost records and databases.,Participate in site meetings and inspections to monitor cost performance and identify issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry practices, regulations, and standards.,Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, and contractors.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
