Keysight Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Materials Procurement Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and supplies for our operations in Bali. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Provide procurement support to internal teams, including production, engineering, and logistics.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in materials procurement.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and software.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
