📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial forecasts and budgets.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial filings.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff on accounting and financial analysis best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A and Accounting, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
