📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, taxation, and accounts payable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.,Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management.,Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including management and external auditors.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
