📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Assist in onboarding new hires and provide support during the initial stages.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on recruitment processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
