📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Handle all cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate sales and cash records.,Promote products and services to customers effectively.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.,Train and mentor junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and cash handling.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other sales tools.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
