In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading our HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Oversee recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, and hiring.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and conduct regular audits.,Develop and administer HR policies and procedures.,Provide HR consulting and advice to managers and employees.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing and leading HR teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.
