PT Teknologi Kusuma is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Delivery Driver to join our team in Pekalongan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of delivery drivers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and a proven track record in managing delivery operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of delivery drivers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize costs.,Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles and equipment.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide training and support to delivery drivers to improve performance and safety.,Coordinate with customers and other departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.,Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and resolve any issues or complaints related to deliveries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.,Proven track record in managing and supervising a team of delivery drivers.,Strong understanding of logistics and delivery operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with delivery management software and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 30 kg.
