📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Manage and supervise operational staff to achieve operational goals.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify potential risks.,Collaborate with senior management to drive operational improvements and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
