📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Document IT processes and procedures,Perform regular backups and data recovery,Assist in the management of user accounts and access rights,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role,Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols,Experience with IT support tools and software,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
