Prime Link Pratama is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our growing team in Sleman. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in HR to gain valuable experience and develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR department in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Collaborate with managers and other departments to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
