EMBER Group is looking for a skilled IT Support professional to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to employees on IT systems and procedures.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
