📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of software applications that align with the strategic goals of Gain City Group.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with business units to identify and prioritize IT projects that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in software development.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department.
• Report to the executive team on the progress and impact of IT initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT project management and software development.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, and JIRA.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
