📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies in collaboration with government agencies and private sector partners.
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
• Design and oversee the implementation of digital projects, including e-governance, e-commerce, and digital literacy programs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to local communities and stakeholders in adopting digital technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives on economic growth and social development.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital transformation and technology adoption.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, and community representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital transformation, e-governance, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing digital projects.
• Strong understanding of digital governance, data analytics, and technology adoption.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in digital transformation, project management, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
