📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waitress in managing the dining room and ensuring a smooth flow of service.,Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Recommend menu items and provide information about our dishes.,Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in restocking and organizing the dining area.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.,Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage knowledge.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a physically demanding environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
