📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Assist in store audits and quality control processes.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.,Understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
