📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the automotive workshop, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 skilled technicians, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their expertise.
• Manage the workshop's inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of vehicle repairs.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
• Utilize automotive software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SAP for maintenance scheduling to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the workshop's growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the automotive industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive workshop management, with a proven track record of leading high-performance teams.
• Certifications in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in utilizing automotive software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SAP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian automotive market and industry trends.
