In this role, you will assist the Captain in managing the ship's operations, ensuring safety, and maintaining a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and executing daily ship operations,Monitor and report on ship's performance and fuel consumption,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maritime laws,Maintain and organize ship's documents and records,Assist in crew management, including scheduling and training,Support the Captain in decision-making processes,Participate in emergency drills and preparedness,Assist in the maintenance and repair of ship's equipment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Deck Officer or similar role,Knowledge of maritime laws and regulations,Good communication and leadership skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with ship's operations and equipment,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Valid STCW certification or equivalent,Experience in a similar role is a plus
