In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing top-performing KOLs and affiliate partners. Daily, you'll analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report on key insights to drive continuous improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Identify, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliate partners.
• Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
• Report on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in driving performance marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in performance marketing or affiliate marketing is a plus.
