📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome packages and coordinating orientation programs.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools like BambooHR or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, such as surveys and feedback sessions.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
• Support the HR team in organizing and participating in team-building activities.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools such as BambooHR or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing HR skills.
