📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and reconciling bank statements
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely payments and collections
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
• Support warehouse operations by managing inventory and coordinating logistics
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analyzing data to support decision-making
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to payments and transactions
• Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the finance and operations departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
